THE WHOLE PROCESS SEEMS TO BE AN EXERCISE IN ESCAPISM.

I am amazed how people can simply walk away from questions so easily and how the inaction of the entire machinery of Govt is explained away as having been answered elsewhere and the process continues. I am really amazed.

anyway for what its worth the page 56 of the pdf has the debate in Rajya Sabha.

If anyone sees anything interesting there then please explain it to me becuase right now it seems like an exercise in futility.
